TREATMENT PREPARATION

Before Treatment: Please ensure you consume an adequate amount of food prior to your treatment. It is important not to receive acupuncture on an empty or overly full stomach. Additionally, we recommend wearing comfortable and easily accessible clothing. During the treatment, acupuncture needles will typically be placed in areas around your lower arms and legs, hands, and feet.

After Treatment: If you are receiving treatments for pain management, it is advisable to avoid activities that may aggravate the affected area between your sessions. It's important to note that your body continues to make adjustments for up to 36 hours after the treatment. There is a 10% chance that you may experience an aggravation of the condition you are being treated for. However, there is no cause for concern, as this is a normal healing response to the effective and unique treatment employed. Typically, any pain or discomfort subsides within 36 to 48 hours.

Progression and Recovery: Acupuncture treatments aim to stimulate your body's natural healing capacity. It is common to experience some degree of pain or a reoccurrence of the condition between your treatments. However, as you progress through a series of treatments, the degree of pain usually decreases. Eventually, the pain will diminish to a level where the condition has fully recovered. It's important to note that the individual recovery time may vary from patient to patient.
